Pay Scale:
RCF Limited Management Trainee Pay Scale is E1 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹ 40,000 – 140000/-
The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay + VDA (32.5%) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) and other allowances which works out to ₹ 77,400/- approximately.
Qualifications for 2024:
Chemical: Full-time, regular Four years of Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or Chemical Technology B.E. / B. Tech.
Mechanical: Full-time, regular Four years of mechanical discipline B.E. / B. Tech. engineering graduate work, or an equivalent degree.
Electrical: Full-time, regular four years of electrical discipline-focused BE/B. Tech engineering training.
Instrumentation: Full-time, regular Graduate of four years’ BE/B. Tech program in Instrumentation discipline.
Civil: Full-time, regular four years as a civil discipline B.E. / B. Tech. engineering graduate.
Fire: Consistent and continuous four years of fire OR fire and safety discipline as a B.E. or B. Tech graduate.
CC Lab: 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering/Chemical Technology OR Ph.D. in Chemistry.
Industrial Engineering: Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Industrial Engineering Discipline.
Marketing: Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate + Full time Post Graduate / MBA in relevant discipline.
Human Resources: Regular and Full Time Graduation degree in any discipline + Full time Post Graduate / MBA in relevant discipline.
Administration: Regular and Full Time graduation degree in any discipline + Full time Post Graduate / MBA with specialization in HR / MMS / MHRDM.
Corporate Communication: Regular full time degree in any discipline + Full time Post Graduate / MBA in Media Studies/ Public Relations/ Mass Communication / Journalism.
